Pachycondyla Villosa
is a 20 minute performance with music by David Elsenbroich.
It is a non verbal creation inspired from a short film Pearadise, created during their collaboration with Studio Matejka. Galiana&Nikolchev revisited the film's physical material, bringing it to a new intensity live on stage, where wine is the painting to create a new canvas, imprinting the consequence of a couple's intense desire to connect.
This show was performed at the Art Gallery TEMPLE/AD HOC which is a permanently floating artist-run space based in Los Angeles with rotating curators.
Founded in 2012 by Brian Overend, Carrie Schreck, and Samuel Partal
